Grade 8

4ème is the second year of what is called the “central cycle” in Middle School.

During the central cycle, students build on the fundamental knowledge of the 1st cycle. This central cycle therefore allows students to improve and expand their knowledge and skills.

In 8th grade students expand on their comprehension and knowledge of a second modern language.

In addition to compulsory common subjects, students may also choose some optional subjects that enrich their school career, like Latin.
