Students and teachers in grades 1 and 5 of the Johannesburg campus can be proud.
The rhino project was set up to educate students about the problem of rhinoceros poaching. The students had created 42 small papier-mâché rhinos and one of them had been reproduced in very large format (3.50 mx 1.80 m).
All their works, which both students and teachers generously offered for the occasion, were auctioned at a gala event organized by the LIMPOPO RHINO SECURITY GROUP. Funds raised will be used to protect rhinos.
